At J. Scheer & Co., we understand the separation anxiety that a bride feels when parting with her dress. We have made the process of shipping a gown as easy as bringing it to a local dry cleaner. Because our brides come to us from around the country, we have established a close relationship with a national packing and shipping firm, Mailboxes, Etc. (MBE). We prearrange a shipping appointment for each bride at the most convenient MBE location. MBE provides our brides' dresses with the most careful attention and care. All gowns are packed and shipped according to our rigorous instructions. We provide packing and shipping as a complimentary service. We also offer free pick up and delivery in Manhattan by courier. Each bride is given her own contact person within our company who maintains an on-going personal relationship with her.
J. Scheer & Co. assumes full responsibility for the dress from the moment it is packed until the time the bride signs for the return delivery by priority mail. The bride is given a receipt and tracking number from Mailboxes, Etc., so that she may monitor her prized possession in transit. Our goal is for each bride to have the piece of mind of knowing that her gown is being cared for with the utmost consideration.
